Prices are in US dollars; in the EU they include VAT, elsewhere local sales tax may be added at checkout. On the web you can also pay in euros or Polish złoty; the stores show their own price in your currency. Billed and managed by the App Store or Google Play, or on the web by Polar. Cancel any time: in your store's settings, or under Manage subscription in the web app. Refund rules.
Questions
Where is my data kept?
On a server in the European Union. You can export everything to a file at any time, and delete your account, and your data with it, from the app.
Do I need an account?
Yes. An account keeps your map in sync across your phone and the web. You can sign in with Google, Apple or an email and password.
Is Wayfold free?
The map, lists, basic stats, awards, timeline, sync and backup are free. Plus adds flights, unlimited trips and deeper stats.
Does it work offline?
You can open and browse your map without a connection. To add or change something you need to be online.
What counts as a country?
We count the 195 sovereign countries. Territories count toward the country they belong to.
How do I cancel Plus?
In the App Store or Google Play subscription settings if you bought there, or under Manage subscription in Settings if you bought on the web. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for, and everything you added stays yours. Refunds: see the refund rules.
Can I get a refund?
If you bought on the web, write to us within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund it; the yearly plan's 7-day free trial can be cancelled before it ends without paying anything. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by the store. The details are in the refund rules.
