Export your data

In the app, open Settings and choose Export. You get a file with everything you have created, which you can import again at any time.

Delete your account

In the app, open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. Your account and its data are deleted from our server at once, and cannot be brought back. Export a copy first if you want one.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Plus subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in the subscription settings of the store, or you may keep being charged. A Plus subscription bought on the web ends at once when you delete your account; this does not refund the payment by itself, so if you want a refund, ask for it first (see the refund rules).

Plus, purchases and cancellation

To manage or cancel a subscription bought in a store, open the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play. To get Plus back on a new device, use Restore purchases on the Plus screen. To manage or cancel a subscription bought on the web, open Settings and choose Manage subscription; Plus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds for store purchases are handled by the store you bought from. For a purchase on the web, write to [email protected] within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund it. The free trial of the yearly plan can be cancelled at any time before it ends, and then nothing is charged. After 14 days there is no refund unless the terms give you one (for example when the service does not conform to the contract), but cancelling stops the next renewal.

Trouble signing in

If you did not get the verification email, check your spam folder and ask for a new one. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If you still cannot get in, write to us from the address you registered with.
